As both a provider and a consumer of beauty, Tracy understands how overwhelming the aesthetic world can feel. There are endless products, big promises, and very little clarity. She created Ritual to be the opposite of that: a grounded medical practice where patients receive honest guidance and realistic plans instead of pressure.

Tracy is a board certified nurse practitioner whose medical career has focused entirely on aesthetics since 2011. Before opening her own practice, she worked as an aesthetic trainer and sales representative for the injectables she now uses in clinic. That experience gave her a deep understanding of when to use each product, how it behaves in the skin, and what truly creates natural results.

With thousands of hours of advanced training and a meticulous eye for facial balance, Tracy prioritizes subtle preventative and restorative treatments that never look overdone. Her goal is simple: to help each person feel like the most refined and confident version of themselves, comfortable in their own skin and clear about every choice they make.
